Maybe it's the sudden drop in temperature here in New York, but we've had knitting on the brain this week. From Shetland Wool Week to I Love Yarn Day - it's been hard not to be distracted by all things wooly and knitted. 

In between swooning over beautiful yarns and projects, we somehow tore ourselves away to finally get around to setting up the desks in our new office. When we said "We Are What We Make", we really meant it! 

Our editor also took a break from the internet to meet with people in real life at a styling event she hosted at the IvanaHelsinki concept store in New York.

But, back to the knitting! We decided that fall is the perfect time to get your knit on and we pulled together a list of what you need to get started. We call it Knitting 101 - so get ready, because school is officially in session! 

We're also heading off to two conference this weekend: Stitches East in Hartford, Connecticut and Creativ Festival in Toronto! We'll be sure to have loads of great info to share with you next week.
