How do I post in the Q&A section?
Learn by asking! Simply click on Q&A to pose your question about sewing, knitting or jewelry making after you've enetered that category. You also have the ability to share your terrific expertise by responding to the community in the same section.
SHIPPING + RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to make a return or exchange we'll be happy to help you.
Contact Kollabora Customer Service at knock@kollabora.com or 917-655-7499. A Customer Service Representative is available to assist you Monday through Friday 10am-5pm (EST).
Our team will send you a return authorization code (RA#) and the address to ship your returned product. The RA# must be clearly visible on the outside of each returned package. You must also include your packing slip with your returned items.
We do not accept returns on fabric or trim that has been cut, dyed or washed. Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges and credits after 60 days.
Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

There is something missing/broken in my kit, what do I do?
Please allow us to make this right. Email knock@kollabora.com and we'll take care of you.
When will you ship my order and when will I receive it?
Orders are shipped 2-3 days from the date of purchase, Monday to Friday. Once you receive confirmationof your order from Kollabora, please expect your package within 3-4 days.
Can you rush my order?
We apologize, but are not offering rush delivery at this early stage.
