City Skyline Eucalypt
by CutCutSew Follow

I ordered a kit from Megan Nielsen, and it came complete with the pattern, fabric, and notions needed to make the Eucalypt dress.  When I saw this dress, in this fabric, I just knew I had to make it!  I hoped Megan would make it available as a kit, and as soon as she did I snatched one up.  The fabric is linen, super soft and perfect for summer.  I just love the city skyline printed on it, I think it is a very cool effect.  I wish I could find fabric like this in stores, it feels really special and stylish.

I love this dress! BTW I bought two remnants of this fabric in my home city and made my son a shirt - if you're interested I blogged it at http://fadanista.com/2013/08/29/city-shirt/.

I love the fabric, I managed to squeeze a little skirt out of what I had left over...your shirt looks great!

Where did you get the gorgeous fabric?

Ahhhh...I love it too!  I ordered a kit from the designer, Megan Nielsen- the fabric came with the kit.  I wish I knew where to get it!

Oh awesome! Maybe that's why the fabric works so perfectly with the pattern ;)
