Faux French Lockets
by InstaCraft by Alison Follow

French lockets are beautiful, but pricey. Here is a way to make hundreds of them for under $10. All you need is a little bit of Essie!

  • Opt for an opaque nail polish (my favorite is the navy No More Film from Essie).

Where did you get the chains

Where do you get the lockets

This is great if (like me) you have a friend with a signature nail color.  She ALWAYS wears the same pink.  Now all I have to do is sneak a peek at the color name, match it and go.  A guaranteed successful gift

I have been unable to locate the plain lockets. Supplier ideas please.

I usually get mine off of Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/listing/31327748/vintage-large-oval-plain-raw-brass...

Or, if you happen to live in Brooklyn like me, try Brooklyn Charm.
