YARN: Patons Angora Bamboo; 55% Bamboo, 35%wool, 10% Angora;
73 m / 80 yds; 50 g / 1.75 oz
NEEDLES: US 6 (4 mm)
NOTIONS: 28 purls, tapestry needle
GAUGE: 29 sts and 27 rows = 4”(10cm) over lace pattern

CO 32 sts. Begin lace stitch pattern.
Row 1: CEst; * p1, k9, k3tog, yo, k1, yo, p1; rep from *; CEst.
Row 2 & all even rows: CEst; * k1, p13, k1; rep from *; CEst.
Row 3: CEst; * p1, k7, k3tog, k1, yo, k1, yo, k1, p1; rep from *; CEst
Row 5: CEst; * p1, k5, k3tog, k2, yo, k1, yo, k2, p1; rep from *; CEst.
Row 7: CEst; * p1, k3, k3tog, k3, yo, k1, yo, k3, p1; rep from *; CEst.
Row 9: CEst; * p1, yo, k1, yo, SK2P, k9, p1; rep from *; CEst.

Chain Edge stitch
Chain Edge stitch is added to each side of the lace pattern to create a smooth, decorative edge:
In the right side rows knit the first stitch through the back of the loop; knit the last stitch. In the wrong side rows the first and last stitch is picked up as to purl with yarn in front of the work.
