Scout! Scout! Knit it all Out!
by SownBrooklyn Follow

I’m so jazzed that the sew-along is such a success!! It's great to know that some of you have a new piece that you love!

And I’ve been so inspired by all of the variations here, in return! Dresses, two-toned, petal front, embroidered, lace, pleated! My neckline treatment was inspired by Stephanie's version! It’s a teeny roll neck applied with Jen’s flat binding method.

And it is perfect! Lol

I followed Jen's lead and got a knit from Mood. This one is by Theory. I think it was $10. And it was super wide. I should be able to get a second top for that money!

Nice look.  Wd you mind sharing what size of scout tee pattern you bought.  You look similar in size to me and this is my first time buying a pattern online.  I understand if you don't want to.

I don't mind sharing! I cut the smallest size for the upper body (armholes, bust area) but if you look at the Sew-along posts I added a lot width and length to the original pattern using a tunic I liked to judge the size.

    I hope that helps!

That's really a smart idea.  I am going to try it.  Thanks for responding.  Have a great 4th of July!
