Step 1: Use the leather scissors to cut the leather piece into squares measuring about 4” by 4”.
Step 2: Place your leather square on the stamping block, select your first letter and place the stamp on the leather.
Step 3: Using your hammer, give one swift hit to the letter to stamp it onto the leather.
Note: Because certain leathers are more supple than others, we suggest testing your stamping on a scrap piece of leather first to judge how hard you need to hammer the letter to get the stamp to stick.
Step 4: Continue to stamp your letters onto the leather until you have spelled out your desired word or phrase. We chose “Cheers”, “Bottoms Up” “Salute!” and “Drink Me”.
