As it's cooling down where I live, I sewed up the Tessuti Berlin Jacket. It's a very quick and simple make - an unlined coat pattern which is designed to be sewn from wool that does not fray. Seam allowances are overlapped and topstitched, and neck and sleeves are finished with topstitched facings.
To make things difficult for myself, I used a wool from the op shop which did fray! Hopefully I've kept everything in place with double lines of topstitching. This is a great pattern for those wishing to dip their toes into coat making.
