Hello, I have been sewing off and on for about 12 years, but in the past few I've decided to really make it a constant theme and sort of a lifestyle choice. At least around consuming clothing from RTW stores. I've found that I really enjoy the challenge of taking the time to figure out how to construct a functional and stylish creation such as clothing, for myself and other people (hopefully more for other people, but i'm afraid to screw up on their stuff!).

I tried to write a blog about my sewing adventures, but I have lurker fear/lust so i stopped writing about a year ago!

I live with my boyfriend of 7 years, and our two cats in Somerville, Massachusetts (just outside of Boston). I work in an office doing something very non-creative, so I will spare the deets since you'll probably go into a boredom coma - something I struggle with on a daily basis!

I would like to meet more sewing gals and guys out there and get inspired from y'all!
